Bad customer service and tracking is minimal, ordering straight from the restaurants gives faster results, orders usually take almost 2 hours.

Should be called Slowfood Takes 2 hrs to deliver Takes extra charge for delivery which the delivery guy doesn't deliver to the doorstop Best excuse they have (no parking zone sir please come downstairs) Nice you have to go the road to pick ur food It's not like they don't knw the directions they clearly know but don't come to the doorstep If I complain about it they start talking ugly With bad tones No apologies for being late on delivery or not coming to the doorstep A freaking bs service
