Ik heb weten te parkeren en een fiets te huren maar ik zou een andere P+R pakken. Slechte aanwijzingen waar de parkeerplaats was (Van Nelle fabriek). Fiets gehuurd maar die gaat alleen van het slot met de app, met een lege telefoon ben je dus gestrand. Dik een kwartier moeten wachten bij uitreiden omdat het hek niet open ging. Slechte communicatie met de helpdesk omdat de telefoon verbinding automatisch wordt verbroken. De email link voor feedback werkte ook niet.

honestly such a good way to get around Amsterdam and the whole process was easy. You can use just a single account to unlock all the bikes and they run very easily, seats are able to be adjusted. Would definitely recommend!

This is the worst parking service. I got no instructions to get back as a pedestrian inside the parking building and no one at support center answers. AVOID BOOKING WITH MOBIAN
