I would advise anyone who wants to use this platform to book a flight to run for their lives. I had a really bad experience with them and it was my first and last time to use this platform. Some months ago, I booked a flight from Nigeria to dubai/ 1 stop at Egypt with Egyptair. next 3 days Egyptair another wrong company i will never use again. Cancel my flight and take both Egyptair/cheap tickets took the money from my bank account.called them for a month with no fail waste int. Call rate money.

Wouldn't buy a stick from this company. I bought tickets with insurance. Got completely screwed over. When I went to actually use insurance they sent me to a different place which I haven't heard back from. I try to get ahold of the company and they don't get back to me either. I would be happy if I got the fifty bucks back just for what they charge me for insurance. The other 500 bucks they can keep

Chose dates on stay hotel automatically and made me lose $136 for reservation on wrong dates that I cancelled just 2 minutes after I made the reservation and noticed it had wrong dates but they (cheaptickets) could not refund my money even after I contacted the hotel directly and they agreed to cancel and refund. Bad customer service.

Horrible. First CheapTickets sent Email about flight change/ cancel on march 8th. Without any clear information which airline canceled what flight. When I looked up my reservations they were not canceled by airlines. I went to SeaTac airport to find out myself what is going on. Alaska airline rep. Told that all third party companies doing this practice misleading customers so they customers start panicking and try all at once cancel their bookings. I will never again use this company.

App was working great, now it doesn't allow me to type in my credentials, screen vanishes after the first letter. Unistalled & reinstalled same issue for weeks now. Strange. Website works fine.

I paid extra for insurance. Dont even waste your money on insurance. I ended up having a medical emergency and the whole day all I was doing was trying to get help for a change flight time or refund. Finally an agent told me I'd be getting refund and to check my email. Two hours later still no email so I contact cheap tickets again and I'm told that it is not True you cant recieve refunds on medical emergenices even with paid insurance. Agents lie and dont help
