Booked 10 days in advance to travel to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus. On travel date, they called 1 hour early and said they don't have the suv I booked instead offered a sedan which I accepted, was assigned a driver who didn't arrive, called the driver he said the ride was cancelled even though the app didn't show this. Called customer support who were polite but said they can't help. All this mess was 5 hours before the train departure time. Used Ola had cab at my location within 10 minutes.

I had paid 30% Advanced And at the near to Pickup timing they just Cancelled the booking by saying that cab couldn't assigned. Very Bad experience with meru cab and never book from this application, the number they provide will Never connect to their customers support. Overall experience PATHETIC.

i would have liked to give rating 5, owing to availability espl. during strike days, but app needs to be improved on several aspects. just now driver accepted the ride and completed it immediately, have shared a feedback in receipt for refund, as i never took this ride, but there should have been option for otp, for such nuiances, moreover, there is no support available for each ride, feedback mail id provided doesnt work, no helpdesk no. available, so there is no way i can contact support..

This is very disappointing from Meru to charge unreasonable additional charges to a trip. When cab service is one of the official partner of Airport, why is customer paying for airport parking charges? The Meru person at the airport who booked my trip did not even bother to notify customer of these additional amounts. This is just an eye opener to not book with Meru anymore, unless unreasonable amount charged to me is refunded back. Having experienced this, one star is also very generous.

Most horrible service ever used. I booked a cab 1 week before the schedule. On the date of booking i called around 5 times every time i was told we are sending cab details and cab is on the way and right 10 mins before the time they cancelled it. Most of the reviews for meru seem to be paid reviews. They are the worst service one can call

First time I tried booking an outstation cab via Meru. I booked a week in advance. 20 mins before scheduled time they call to say no cab available. There was nothing to do apart from cancelling and booking a much more expensive alternative at the last minute. Meru was cheap enough to not refund my advance money. I guess this is how they make money nowadays. I will go ahead and uninstall this app now. :)

Credit card addition to payments methods does not work. No matter how many times we complete this process of adding the card and verifying successfully, the credit card doesn't show up in the payment methods. This isn't the level of below par quality I was expecting from such a widely used app. On a Pixel 5 with Android 13.

Had a bad and then worst experience during my last two bookings.2Apr 2021 I barely managed to reach on time. 9Aug 2021 I booked in day advance, there was no communication on delay, when followed over phone, I was ask to wait for 5 mins. And next min I got the SMS and my booking was cancelled. What a unreliable service. We really can't trust you guys anymore. Shame on you. No concern toward traveller situation. Looking at the current situation, this is a must to have app in your phone. Be it a daily commute to office or a ride to Airport or in the city, it serves all the purpose.
