This app is completely filled with bugs OMG what kind of an app is this each and everytime there will be bugs reboots and sometimes the map even gets deleted.Its becoming very difficult to even edit the map for the floor cleaning such a pain please fix the bugs ASAP and make it more easy usabke for us .Even giving 1 star is too much for this

Works well and better with each passing year. Wish I could program the type of scenes where button 1 makes all lights red, and button 2 makes half purple half yellow, and button 3 starts strobes. Minus another * for nagging to rate, and also the widget intermittently won't work even when all those same buttons in the app work.

Using this to remotely control heating etc. in two remote village churches. We have now connected with a Google nest mini and an Alexa voice control. These work fairly well but still early days. A major irritation is that we are unable to group devices (heaters) as featured in online help - the group option doesn't exist in the app. Also would be superb if an "if then that" function could be included rather than having to create another account in IFTTT to do basic tasks.

Missing output statistics for my floor heating since updates. I would dearly like an if else statement. And also the ability to trigger based on a rate of change. Example x % in y minutes. I have yet to find this option. Sometimes a little sluggish but otherwise slowly improving

works great, but not a lot of details. FI: would like to know when feeder is almost empty by App notification, & on cat litter processer...would like it to notify me when items need attention without me paying a ridiculously priced add on subscription. Know you may not control that, but wish You did require apps that can use your app not to charge us more.

So I've not used this app for ages since they stopped you putting a picture on the devices, but I've bought 2 key safe/lockboxs with gateways and they work with this app. Maybe they work with the alternative app I use for smart plugs etc but the boxes day use smartlife.. well it works perfectly so I am happy for that. Boxes and gateways both connected and also pair effortlessly so thanks.

Generally seems quite good working with an air quality monitor, however the graphing of historical data is over averaged giving unrealistic smoothing with collapsed most recent values when first used. Please add weekly summary. Graph scale figures are too small and faded - need larger darker font. Need 0.1 resolution. Seems to have major network connectivity issues with loss of historic data. Support don't respond to emails. Not so good

I can schedule my lights to come on at a certain time and design my own light scheme, so logically I thought I'd be able to wake up to a soft, gradually changing 'sunrise' of my own creation. Nope, strobe lights. Had better luck linking it to Google home and using their standard options (far less customisation but at least it does what it says it will)

I use the app to control my blinds but it lacks so many basic features. For starters there are no features to tell the blinds to go down half way or where to stop. Secondly when controlling multiple blinds at once the command is in secession instead of simultaneously. This means one blind starts then the next and so on. If you want to stop them, the same thing happens but now they are not aligned, so I have 3 blinds that are inches off from other. So disappointed in the lack of features.
