I have tried more than 10 time. But do not receive any otp while the app shows that the otp send to your phone number and email address.. What is this.. I think this is not working.. Only waist of public mony by publicity on tv in prime time

I have entered the correct mobile number & its network but when it comes to the verification code, it doesn't come to my mobile network. I even tried the "Resend Code" button several times but the same problem again & again. Due to which I can't proceed further in the mobile application.

Pathetic . First It took me several days to fill an application for ky childs birth certificate because it was giving server error. now application submitted and i can't know the status because there is no such option to visit the status. also on helpline nobody responds .

Death certificate date can not be entered. If today is 6 december and date of death is 1 december then app selects 6 december only. This is why this app is useless for applying for death certificate. This bug needs to be fixed.

This is fake app. I put request for death certificate and this app guide me with some kind of OTP and many more. I travelled to my village More khunda and then they said this app is not connected with us. This is a type of Lolipop that youth is enjoying. Its useless app.
