I was Falsely charged PKR 100 stating that I did not correctly checkout from station. Now I got notification to update my app if I faced any such issue. If the fault is at your end l, why am I being charged.

Kindly update the system. Today i travelled only two stations and they charged me a penality of Rs50 two time in one travel and the notification i recieved is you didn't checkout properly and i check out successfully you can see your cameras for that. Kindly look at the issue and update the system as soon as possible.
