My scale used to connect to the app immediately now as of the past couple weeks it doesn't want to connect. I have tried turning on and off Bluetooth, removing and reconnecting the scale, turning off the scale, exiting out of the app and back in again and it still takes a ridiculous amount of tries to get it to connect. Plus the data is ridiculous. I'm being told that I have 2,655.5 lb left to reach my goal. Really? So I'm an elephant?

The body fat estimation is incredibly inacurrate and completely worthless. You can not calculate body fat using this device in any meaningful way, but more importantly it is just irresponsible to over estimate bodyfat when people (especially young women) are already at risk of developing eating disorders. The only worthwhile use of this app is a convenient log for total weight over time.

Nice design, the app worked easily, and it's not too bad at all. BlueTooth connected straight away. Got it to sync with Fitbit (though instructions would be nice here). Instructions were pretty good. Nice clear display and sensible design on the scales themselves. Just needs to include all the data for trends and not a set of 4. I was however impressed enough to buy another as a present

I used to really like the app as it connected very easily and showed my stats and progress very clearly. In particular I liked the rolling history and the interpolation between measurement. The new changes have everything grouped by month which make seeing and understanding changes much for difficult and obscure. Please bring back the previous view or at least give us the option. Not 1 star because the app is still functional and connects with scale quickly

The App stopped working completely. It seemed to happen when the Android 10 update was pushed out, like it's no longer compatible with my phone. I have force stopped it, cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled it already. Nothing seems to be working. I have the Google pixel 3 XL. This app had 5 stars, now I can only give it a 1. Please fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

Eufy life app- used for the first time after I bought eufy smart scale P1. App helps to connect to the digital scale and provides reading of all measurements. One issue I have seen so far is that app can't be opened without Bluetooth. Message is shown about checking settings to activate Bluetooth. One can't use back button to switch to main screen. What if one wants to check the previous readings? There should be an option to view data without activating Bluetooth

With this new update, my data hardly syncs. The previous version would allow me to weigh myself, and all data be transferred to the app flawlessly.....with this new update, the data struggles to sync after multiple weigh-ins. What is going on, the scale has frequent disconnections as well. It's not the battery or my phone. Things stopped working correctly after this update!
