I have been using Signnow for a few years and loved it.... until recently it seems changes were implemented which I don't like. I also have been trying to change my payment method and subscription and the system won't let me so I'm locked out of my docs

Thank you for this excellent app. Filling out forms for the onboarding process of a new employer is going very well. I changed my e-signature color to blue and adjusted the text size with a sliding bar, then saved my draft to google drive.

I tried the trial and used it for a single document and didn't like the interface The hell I had to go through to cancel and delete account was insanity. It should be illegal to for companies to make you put payment info for a trial and make it extremely extremely difficult to cancel. This is a bad business practice.

Unreliable while retrieving a required signature this app is not dependable. While saving documents, out of nowhere signatures corrupt what should have been a professional document is now a hot mess, leaving those who depend upon professionalism, embarrassed with this sloppy corrupted coded software in this app. Unnecessary updates disguised as a new feature corrupted this once feasible app for months, these errors are a reflection of neglected unfixed and unchecked work.

I like the app but they support financial information fields without the ability to hide that information from the PDF document. It means that any financial or confidential information which is collected through the application is then distributed to all of the signers through email. I'm not really sure how they can create the tools to collect financial information (e.g., bank routing number validation) yet not the tools to keep that information confidential.

Used to work great but now all it does is say camera error and makes every field little rectangles. Click on them and edit and they go back to normal only to have the camera error again. Used to work great before the end of December.

I like this app and I'd be willing to continue using the app but unfortunately with some documents I uploaded, it doesn't show the line where to sign. When I sign or date on the document and then save, I reopen the document to see my signature under or the line straight through my signature. Not sure why or if there's a way to fix it.

Every time I complete a document, whether with four or forty data points, I go to save the document and the app closes out on me. When I open it back up, it tells me that my session is invalid and has me log back in to find no saved documents. Very demoralizing experience.

Doesn't fill out, merely places large text boxes over everything. You can resize, but might as well be using the samsung Galaxy built-in pdf app. Both useless. It also wants too much access. Might as well have asked for my social. Isn't the point of having profiles or accounts with a bigger entity so that all of these smaller ones won't have or need or require access? Sheesh.
