Frustrated new Dad review being replaced by more moderate Dad review. Hardware is nice. Software not so much and account issues constantly. I'll update to three stars but I'm unhappy with how hard it is to get service. The buttons on the back won't work anymore, and the app crashes occasionally. More importantly I needed to reset my password and when I click the link it just takes me to the home page of the app. Disappointed. If I uninstall I can't get logged back in until CS helps.

This review is for rest gen 2. What on earth happened to this app? Gen 1 was wonderfully simple, worked with no issues and was easy to use. Gen 2 is a buggy, overly complicated interface with the egregious upsell to a subscription I'll never pay for. This "upgrade" is so bad I'm looking to return the product. I am so disappointed.

So they brought back brown noise, which is great, but with the latest app update connection issues are rampant. Used to work ok, now it's quite poor. Reading other reviews this seems standard. It's unfortunate people aren't aware of how bad the app is before buying the product, because the product itself is really quite great but the app is necessary.

Hate the upgrade! My kid could have 20 different presets and switch them on their own. They memorised what numbers were what. Every preset was followed by sleep. AND we could have a time to rise for school days...a separate one for weekends...and night time routine. Now... only limited to "20" (or so it says). Ring touch now goes 1. Song/story 2. Sleep 3. Song/story 4. Sleep Etc. What a waste of a preset. We now have Sleep presets overtaking options. Wish there was an option to rollback.

Again, as has happened numerous times over the years, our Hatch Rest+ randomly turns itself off. Support sends me to a website to "fix" the issue and I always get stuck and can't resolve the issue. Eventually resolves itself. Probably the most inconsistent piece of technology we own.

Used to work fine until the last update. Now it's terrible. I have to restart it multiple times to get it to connect. There was a major focus shift from usability and functionality to trying to push the subscription at every turn. I hope they make it usable again after looking at all the recent feedback.

The app is unreliable. The Hatch will randomly stop working at the most inconvenient times. I also often have trouble connecting to my Hatch, even when only in the room next door to our nursery. Definitely would not buy again and would not recommend to new parents due to the technical difficulties which is a shame because I otherwise would love the product.

This app barley works. It's impossible to discover the paid content. Most of the time there is a delay on an action spanning minutes... Literally minutes later it will switch to something else. Setting up a routine is so unnecessarily complicated. It's a UX dumpster fire.

This is awful. Something has been done where everytime I try to change the music it loses connection and it won't use our saved setting with the music anymore. Whatever you did change it back or fix it. I see so many people complaining about the same thing. I use this for my 5 yr old and she's so sad it won't work with what she wants to sleep too.
