Absolutely terrible scam app. Hotel listed prices are always deceptive. Booked through the entire process it showed a room I reserved at $146.35. Where as after it was charged, it was actually $246.35. Then the next days hotel stay which I booked in another town which was $114.90 for one room showed I booked 3 rooms for a total of $380.66. And the room I got was the wrong dang room. Never using this pos service again.

I had a wrongly payment reservation on my credit card from Agoda, luckily it was automatically cancelled a few days later. Although Agoda couldn't help me solve the issue at that time, I still thank the customer service for their patience and professionalism

Horrible experience. Booked a room and after 45 min of being in it left because the room had cockroaches. Call agoda and they wouldn't even give me a refund. They don't care about customer satisfaction but only about taking your money. They wouldn't help me at all. We were stuck sleeping in our car in different town because they wouldn't give us a refund to find a different room somewhere else!!!!!! Horrible experience I don't suggest them to anyone!!!!

You all should avoid booking through Agoda. They are not real people you cannot contact them directly there is no calling option either only chatbot is there which is useless. They don't solve any of your problems even if you cancel your booking they don't bother to pay you back. Still waiting to receive my money back, paid for December Bhilai Hotel Booking. But they are punctual in spamming your email box with daily messages mentioning that your problem will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours...

Never ever book from this spp..they don't have any customer care number to reach for any issues during checkin/checkout process...I had entered my kid details also while booking hotel but hotel was having information about 2 adults only and they asked us to pay extra 2000rs or book another room ....couldn't even reach agoda..horrible experience!!

This APP sucks - on my Samsung Ultra S24 or my iPhone 12 phones. I am a business traveler who spent 79% of the year staying in hotels in different countries and region. Wanted to pay, and keep on prompting for password, wrong password, password authentication. If Agoda could not handle APP, they should not be in this business. Sell it to someone else. Don't waste time.

I have used this app a lot lately for motel stays, and have received a refund before from them, but I asked for one and they won't even consider it at all. And this app keeps the money not the motel, the motel gets nothing. Do better Agoda deleting account and you suck!!!
