I've set up the AC to work with this app, but Haier UHome service has persistent issues with Google Home. I'm able to add the air conditioner to Google Home but it shows as offline. So the AC works with this app or the remote, not with Google Home.

I should have just bought the simple version. The Wifi does not work. The QR code provided in the manual does nothing and the app available on this store does not save settings at the end. I paid almost 10k extra for this worthless Wifi Inverter. Just buy the simple one.

The remote wifi connection does not always work, forcing the user to exit and reenter the app several times before connection is made. There is no way to reset the wifi if you change your internet provider. Not worth paying extra for remote operation because of all the trouble.

B00001, just like everybody. Funny thing my Flexis is connected and working fine with app but now i wanna add my 4 older Aquas and always the same B00001 error. Tried everything, read all reviews and no solution. If devs are so confident that it is my wi-fi setup wrong then list every single thing requierd so we can establish once and for all that this is not problem with user network.

The worst app i have ever used. Always has some issue, either is not connecting, or is logging you off every week for no reason. At the moment it connects to the ac but you cant change anything, so basicly it doesnt work. So annoying. And dont give me that bul... about wifi not a new user i am using it for 3 painfull years. Im never buying anything from haier ever again just because of this app. Multibillion dollar company than can't make a basic function app. IT students could make a better app

The app connects me to the AC but when trying to complete the connection setup [Binding] exactly after select the city and select name of room and hit save. It keeps throwing error request failed [B00001]. It never adds any of my ACs.

App connects the ac with wifi but then gives network error, after that you can't even try on other phone without resetting the wifi module. Pathetic app. EDIT: I tried another app of Haier called Hai Smart. Its working perfectly. This app still doesn't work.

When we enable timer, we need every time to make repeat to work the alarm, otherwise the program won't make enable the timer for the day we want. I have send you an e-mail for this bug, I haven't received any response and the bug continues to remain.

I can connect the app with AC unite WiFi, but when i comes to the home network even after several refreshes, the home-network doesen't appear in app. I tried with the hon app, and it works properly. However smartair2 gives more options and I would like to use smartair2.
