App keeps freezing shows contacts online continuously or in reverse sync online when actually offline.. Real waste of money customer service doesn't help much either send the same message every time we are trying to sort the issue out .. Total rubbish

Why aren't you guys solving the issues i have been highlighting over the email. I have sent multiples screenshots for refernce. Multiple queries explaining everything. These are the bugs/faults of your application. It's been more than a week you guys haven't resolve the issues. I am still facing the exact same issues. My money are getting wasted because of your team's lackness and late responses.

I am not satisfied from your service. I had installed your last seen application on 7 August of 2022 And I had subscribed the app for 1 week at the cost of 1300, because without the subscription I could not use the free trial period and I canceled the subscription immediately on 07 Aug 2022 after subscribing. But even after cancellation of subscription on the same day, 1300 amount is deducted from my credit card on 11th Aug 2022 please help me in this regard to get my refund back

This app does not give accurate offline notification, it basically shows the person to be on for 30 mins everytime regardless. I'm not even sure the online time was right, it might be delayed, as I checked some of the times & they were not online.

I've installed it since 3-4 hours now. Numerous time the contact came online i didnt recieve any notification. The magnifiying glass image keeps animating and nothing happens. It's still a trial period but is not worth of purchase because it doesn't work. Thats why i have given 1 star.

If I could I would give a lower rating. I installed the app on the 3 day free trial basis. Within 30mins after installation I realized it wasn't what I was looking for and unsubscribed and uninstalled it immediately, not even because it's a bad app but just because it was not what I needed. So 3 days later I'm billed ZAR603.72 It honestly feels like I've been robbed

Do not install and pay to use this app! It makes up False information about when a person is online and it's easy to spot, notifying that a person has come online at half hour intervals, EXACT to the second, all day and night. Fake rubbish!

Offline Updates are late. Usually 30 mins late. Until then the online status is constantly on even though after the offline status has come though it says they were only online for a few seconds. Then why were they showing ONLINE for 30 mins??? Also, ever 'online' timestamp starts on the exact same second and exactly in 30 mins intervals.

Hi service teams members.. I realize that there are some data was not show at online status... I did try to reach the team by email given in the app but was always say mail not completed... By the way I extend your service weekly $1.98 but now given 3days free trial, than I have to pay $13.99/monthly. Why I can't renew it by weekly just just like the last fews renewal??
