I'd like to be able to give this app more than 2 stars but in the long run it just wasn't as easy to use as I was told it would be. Plus, every time I would try to log in to upload my documents it would give me issue that always take me for ever to try and fix just to use it. Soneedless to say it's not that great in my opinion.

App is Easy to use, it would be nice to be able to email my case worker directly so documents can go directly to her instead of having to mail out confidential information or using an app that takes days to go through. The Wic department makes things nice and simple, Send all my documents via email right to the case worker, and everything is done and handled in a matter of minutes to maybe a couple hours.

Worked fine to upload documents for SNAP. However it didn't let me select a document type before each document. It went right into entering lengthy personal info. I wasn't going to repeat that for each document, so I put them all in as 'Other'. Horrible design!

Saves a trip, and it works good. You can do multiple pictures too. It would however, be great if you could upload pdfs. My job has all digital paystubs. I don't have a printer and its sort of a waste just to print for a picture, and taking a picture of one phones screen with another is a bit hard.

I can't even sign in, it takes me to the Gov ite to sign in and then reads page unavailable. This app is going to ruin my chances of needed assistance!!!!!

This will leave many who don't know how to use app and don't have WIFI also don't speak English will leave behind. So there has to be community volunteers recognized by social services to help people or simply anyone will take advantage from the volunrable communities. Thank you to my 11 year old for pushing me to know English and how to use electrons.

It's nice being able to submit documents without having to go to the office, however, it would be nicer to allow the client to use images/files already in their phone. I don't have a printer so it's hard for me to submit everything on this app.

Everytime I take a picture of a document. Upload it all. an I go back to the main screen. Log in and it won't fully go thru. Turned wifi off an on. Used my phone data. Still won't let me past the login page. Can we only upload one document a day?

I downloaded the app, so I could upload documents, but can't even get past the language page, it's just frozen there. I have tried redownloading, restarting my phone and nope. Now I have to go out with 2 kids, to try to get copies for the things they need, because I can't upload anywhere else.
