Useful to be able to submit claims thought the app... when it works. I've been trying to submit a claim but when at the page to select my providers, it is blank now. It used to list all the previous ones I've used. So when I manually type in the provider number into the search it comes back with 0 results. Also all the claims I have ever made thru the app have disappeared as well. Please can Bupa make sure this app works for us. It would be incredibly helpful if these glitches are fixed ASAP.

Last time I used this app it had a tab that listed all aspects of your cover and the dollar amounts used and available. This new version doesn't have that at all. I went through it all wasting time. Why would they delete the main thing we need to know unless they don't want us using all the benefits of health insurance? Bring it back please. That shouldn't be hidden since it takes hours to call your business.

I'm all for being more environmentally friendly. Reduce plastic waste etc by going digital, but this app is ridiculously buggy with having to sign in multiple times. And it forgets your details when you update the app and you have to go through the same buggy experience all over again.

Is great to be able to make a claim via the app on your phone. However, when being asked to attach a receipt (which is in pdf format), the search seems to only be filtering on other extensions like jpg etc, and wouldn't allow it to find the pdf that was in the folder I pointed it to - except when I moved the file to my onedrive. That was the only place I could access it.
