Did the upgrade from dat trucker. This is horrible. Only searches for trucks tops or amenities within 10 miles. Old app showed truck stops 100s of miles away which made trip planning easier. Gonna have to delete

Data usage seems to be way higher than all my other load boards. 1.44gb background usage in 30 days .What does this app do in the background that it's transmitting so much data.

Lots of double brokering on here. Some of these brokers have po boxes around Nashville. Idk what's up with that. But if you get an email from assure assist. I'd probably count them as scammers. Faithful freight shippers, realm logistics. Coast to coast, just to name a few. Might as well bounce because you ain't getting paid anyways.

I liked that with the old app I received email notifications with the loads I was looking for, now I have to spend hours scrolling down and updating waiting for something to show up. Really make me waste a lot of time.

Why you mess up something was working perfectly, this one app is garbage, can't refresh to see new load by pulling down the screen like before,don't know till now how to post a truck ,the equipment type is messed up specially the power only got mixed with every thing else specially the box truck,used to have detailed equipment filter for all trailers types now all mixed very very disappointed, even the types of brokers posting most of the double brokering,leaving to truck stop soon

The Brokers should be required to fill in all the fields on load information. Pickup time and drop times, especially. For us to call for information to see if our log clock will work for that load is to time consuming. Load pricing is another thing that is a waste of time. Ours and theirs. Make them complete all the information for the decision to call or not Making 10 to 15 calls or emails to get info and rate is frustrating.

Why would you discontinue perfectly working software (old DAT app) and create new product that is way more difficult to use and has less options. At least pls bring back the new load email notifications!

Horrible upgrade, the old was more efficient and the load info organized better. I also feel the brokers should be forced to post a price so we don't waste so much time.
