    I wanted to upgrade to higher plan. I'm surprised that the so called "promotional rates" are only for new users. In fact, the GOMO "promotional rates" (data+talk time+SMS) are supremely inferior to GIGA. Now I'm expected to pay more (at non-promotional rates) for an inferior upgrade. Guess where I'm going for my upgrades. Futhermore the app support is simply horrendous. Live chatting takes forever, coz it seems like the GOMO rep is multitasking, chatting with 10 other guys all at the same time.

    For your sanity do not sign up with them. I tried to sign up but never received my SIM card. Customer service is done via zenmo chat and it timed out on me about 10 times and I really wish I was exaggerating. The system somehow lost my order, port in details, email, and the agents refused to provide me a confirmation of the failed order except via chat. I hope my number doesn't suddenly port out of the blue and I lose my number.

    Internet speed is ok since tapping on Singtel. But company is sneaky as there's no option for removal of credit card and will charge your account if you port over too close to your renewal date without any form of resolution. Bad customer service in that regards. Avoid

    My payment method, credit card info was disappeared, and I couldn't update any credit card information!!! Live Chat with agents many times, reinstalling the app many times, re inserting the sim card many times as advised by the GOMO agent..... The problems couldn't be solved! This will become my problem if no bill payment can be deducted

    Slow customer support.. Stuck with only chat service, agents take long time to connect No email or phone support some Agents are not trained properly, they keep repeating the same solution despite saying it is not working.. App don't alert you when agent comes online, you need to keep checking.. No option to upload screenshot in chat.. If experience is same..will switch to better provider

    1. Credit card info from the updated payment method gone suddenly, result in plan being paused, all data, outgoing voice call and sms being cut abruptly. All these happened even after renewal fee was deducted by the bank after adding back the credit card info. 2. Zenmo not able to upload picture, prompt for permission but not able to grant the file access permission in phone settings.

    Signal is fine, same as singtel, but provider is not helpful at all. There is literally no way to make changes to data pump purchases if you've bought the wrong option or chose the wrong start date. Customer service hides behind terms and conditions and say there's nothing they can do. Simple requests such as date changes or refunds should be entertained but they do not care enough to implement these fixes under reasonable circumstances.
