Following the instructions, had no issue connecting the watch on Android. Simple design, simple to use. Would like to see alarms and timers synced with the ones on my phone instead of being "standalone". Having said that, the android app is a major battery killer... Developers.. please fix this issue...

Love the watch itself, but the app is apparently made by a bunch of people that work for the competition, it's absolutely useless. The connection is a joke, it keeps disconnecting when I go 5 m from the phone, the step counter doesn't work, especially after the last update (12.10.2021), although I did all the tricks I saw on the forum. I feel like I'm using a 7$ dollar smartwatch, although the watch, as I said before, is gorgeous, but the "smart" part of the experience is an offence to Tissot.

Its absolutely rubbish , keeps disconnecting from my watch and is forever needing an update . My watch currently won't connect to it . Rendering my £1100 watch no better than £10 watch.

For an app supporting a smartwatch that costs over a grand, this app is unacceptable. It constantly drops connection with the watch and requires an act of Congress to reconnect. The training videos aren't very thorough. It often lags behind the information on my watch (like steps taken and chronographs). This ruins what should be a great product, but tarnishes the name and reputation of Tissot, which used to stands for quality and excellence.

This app is totally useless! It doesn't even connect with the watch, although I followed the steps described in the documentation, and also on several videos in YouTube. Or is it some hardware default on my watch? I am seriously considering returning it to the seller, for failing to comply with the "Connected" attribute!

I really like my watch but I am totally disappointed by the app. Most of the time I cannot get my watch to connect. I usually need to totally remove the watch from the app and then set it up again.

I find that I have to awaken the watch and open the app for it to reconnect in the mornings. If certain notifications could be turned off would be great! Every time I change songs on my phone my watch notifies me, NOT kool. Better app customization would help alot. Just alot to pay for basic functions. I added this watch to my Tissot collection and it's "smart" function is eehh at best.

A great smart hybrid watch let down by the app. Unreliable connection between my Huawei phone and the watch makes its notification feature useless!! I'm ready to accept somewhat reduced battery autonomy in exchange for a reliable connection with the watch. ------ New The connection works great since I stwiched to the T-Connect app downloaded from Huawei App Gallery two days ago. Many thanks for the heads-up. Finally I can wear the watch without fear of missing a phone call. Thumbs up!

Update 7-2023. Still having issues with the watch. Latest update installed, now watch is at the configuring state for hours. Multiple attempts same results. 2022. Since last update i have not been able to connect to the phone. Following the steps, watch connects to the phone and at the "configuring" stage it presents error "Date does not match". Support not responsive.
