This is probably the single best n64 emulator you will currently find on the market how ever it does have flaws, if you are playing a mod it can lag a bit depending on the mod, and the ads are annoying but I assume the payed for version is better on this. [Which if it was me id make free and have people fund my other works on patron but that's just me.] The main reason it's getting a 3 and not a 4 is the ads are pretty intrusive, and not very subtle like others, and there are better for cheaper.

I do not use emulators of any kind all that frequently, firstly; so I cannot give a super technical in depth analysis. M64 is VERY easy to get set up. I have a directory full of older N64 games, and simply set the up all the games for ease of use. The only con to M64 that I can think of, and is highly subjective especially because I am new to M64 and may not be used to it is the on screen controller. It works good enough for some games and you could almost forget it with others.

Where is the sound? I booted up Super Smash Bros and there is literally no sound coming from it at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling this app so many times and I'm still having the same issue.

Whenever I try to play any of the Nintendo 64 games I can hear the audio but I can't see the screen they are just black and before that never happened! It was working fine before can you fix it please!! Hello? Well I just want to say it hasn't really been doing that anymore but sometimes there are other issues but I'm installing it again hoping nothing bad happens

Good emulator, but I recently ran into problems with the controls for specific games. I couldn't find a simple solution, and was basically told I need to troubleshoot the issue myself. This is an emulator problem, and if the developer can't be bothered to fix it, why the hell should I? I wanted to support this app, but I can't right now, and I suggest nobody else do so without extensive testing with the free version first. Dev: I created my own profile and set it, still didn't work. 2/5

Playing Zelda OoT and some of the enemies are the size of skyscrapers and when they appear it lags and freezes the game.

Works perfectly, no features need to be added. Bug fixed probably need to be made for others, but I haven't came across any bugs on my device. In fact the devs have gone above and beyond and probably deserve a 6/5 star rating, because not only can it emulate, but you can do extra stuff like add hd textures, force games to run at higher fps even if they weren't designed to, and emulate well above native resolution.
