I have been waiting for months now to get the remote piece or the app working. Opel connect support have been useless in resolving the issue. They have told me twice that it would work after newest update and it didn't. They suggested I reinstalled the app with a new email as it was a email issue , but still not working. I just get the same generic response from customer service. I have ask customer service to escalate the issue many times to no avail. If I could give a Zero star rating I would.

Works fine, doesnt show where you parked instantly it takes a very long time to load the vechicle's location

Opel app disconnects every time I want to check if my Corsa-E is charged. Cant get information about my car when logged in because connecting to the car works only 1 out of 10. When I use the update information button, the information doesnt get updated and I only get errors that 'something went wrong'. My friends with an opel car have the same issues.

I've never used a car connected app quite as horrible as this one, both in terms of usability and function. Literally the only reason I got it is because there is no other way to schedule pre cooling/warming of the car, or trigger it at all. It regularly forgets I'm logged in, regularly loses connection to my car (brand new -22 Corsa E), and sometimes just straight up doesn't send the commands. The UI is clunky and badly optimized and on top of it all the privacy settings are basically not there

I don't remember installing app that is as bad as this one since the beginning of android systems. Parts of the app are in French, notifications are all in French. I DON'T understand French! Charging status most times refreshes forever, or only updates when I force stop the app. Preping car for a trip works half the time after 10+ tries. Trips fail to record. App crashes randomly. I can connect my car to WiFi but have to update everything over USB stick? Why? App UI is dated.

Kind of does what it should, but feels very unreliable, especially the trip logging part. The majority of trips are not logged, despite setting app to avoid battery saving. Making this feature useless. The car could send this information via the Psa backend to all connected phones, but for some reason they choose to fiddle with Bluetooth instead. The car is also supposed to send its position via the backend, but that has never worked aswell. Missing remote door-lock/unlock.
