Does not track well. Time always wrong, does not keep pace. Most recent run still processing x 24 hours, unable to save and deleted data (5 miles). Immediately stops keeping track of progress even if I'm in the middle of a run. Tried to do a free run and it prompted me to do a workout instead...unable to track that run. Very Dissatisfied. Would not recommend. Just trying to get to my 26.2 miles so I can get a refund. Hopefully it tracks enough to get me that far.

I really wanted to like this app, however run distances are often wrong (they say I did not go as far as I did), not being able to track total distance for a week, month, or any period of time, only getting updates during your run at the 1/2 way mark and 3/4 mark and it not automatically moving from one phase of the workout to the next... I am giving 2 stars because I did like the workouts and the progression they had, however there are several apps out there that do the same thing better.

Horrible functionality. Does not work on a treadmill, and the second you lose service on an outside run it deletes any record of the run you were on (for example, you end your run, and step into the elevator while filling out the required information on the app- half way through the screen goes blank and then it shows the welcome screen with 0 runs on the counter). I've tried so many times, and have only one run stored. Absolute waste of money. Gives no motivation.

There is so much to like about the available options, however the utilization of the features are unbearably disappointing. The GPS is consistently inaccurate during sessions. I completed an entire 2 weeks of training and did not advance to the next level because the distance calculated during the assessment was wrong. It was off by a half mile! I like the idea of segmenting levels, but data does not transfer between levels. I wish the levels were integrated with each other more fluidly.

I actually like the workouts. They are pretty good and vary to not make you bored. One big issue for me, however, is that the app often stops recording when the screen turns off. I received confirmation from support that the app does indeeed stop recording when screen is off, meaning that the screen needs to stay on for the hour or so for the workout. That is not quite battery friendly nor optimal in terms of accidentally moving forward or backward in the run workout. When I am done with my subscription, I will most likely move on to a different app, because this issue is a big one for me. The nutrition section is boring. The same meals are repeated over and over again. Yes, you can change the meals, but the selection is pretty limited. I often change the type of diet to try to get more variety. I wish for the veg meals there would be less tofu and more legumes, for example.

Absolute scam. Nothing special over any other running app. And don't believe the ads about getting a refund after running a marathon distance, it's a lie.

Sorry to say but this is terrible ! It would have potential.. but.. first of all you can only register your runs with the app. Which is a bit old fashioned but ok. However.. if you then take your phone out for a running work out.. it stops recording the session everytime the telephone screen switches off. It is a disaster for that matter. Also when I fill in it is a easy run it records it as a hard run???? No. Not a good app. The idea is nice. The workouts look quite good but use of app is a NO!

The app hasn't accurately recorded any of my runs. It records a few seconds in, then nothing. Somehow it magically "finishes" my run at some point, but the time is off. A 20 min run that looked like only 40 sec then somehow records for 3:52 min. All my GPS services and app permissions are on. I've run Strava concurrently which accurately tracks my run, so I know it's not a failing feature of my phone. I wanted it to work bc of the structured workout program, but it's not worth using.

For a new app this is a decent piece of kit. The app is intended to work alongside your current exercise pattern and the calibration is easy. The meal planner is my favourite part of the app; the meals are simple, easy and realistic, and affordable. The personal email from the trainer was a nice touch. I'm on somewhat of a weight management journey at the moment and nothing seems to be working; I'm keen to give this a try and see how it checks out as, on the face of it, it seems to be providing far more than other apps out there.
