Confusing app, can't get charger to work with my phone or car. Contactless not yet available, charger will not communicate with car, charger forces user to return plug & try again if charge is unsuccessful, Ionity charged me £1 processing fee twice for 0kwh of charge.

How do you pre-approve a payment and then get it rejected? Clearly a mess up in your payment system. Charging should be as simple as plug in and forget, not having to pay invoices many months later.

Chargers are expensive and they charge your card twice, once as a pre charge and then the actual payment. The first charge is pending and can stay like that for 4 weeks before you get a refund.
