Okay so I have had this for me and my daughter for a few days now,wanted something that she could safely message me from her tablet on!!! . I don't hear anything when she messages me and there's no ringtone or anything when calling someone or they are calling you ,I have tried figuring out how to fix it but see nothing. This would be a big issue to fix and would give your app a five star. Besides that issue, this has been amazing and we can communicate to eachother easier when I'm at work

Needs a few more features. I would like to be able to change the display name. I feel my child is safe using it but I'd like to be able to delete or block a contact once they have been added (lets be real now cyber bullying towards children often comes from people they know). Not a lot of point having a help function that doesn't respond either. Really like the fact you can change the pin so it can't be forwarded on.

I give it 2.5 stars but there's no option for that. It's a so so app. Notifications can take hours or don't show at all until I open the app. If app is running in the background I don't get notifications about messages received either. Some messages take forever to show up in the conversation. No way to download received pics? This app is lagging behind every other texting apps out there is not even funny.

No support from the in app help chat. The messages aren't even being delivered. But the most concerning thing; there is no way to delete media or chats that have been sent to other users. Also there is no statement on the site about child safety on how the video calls and chats are secured. It's quite possible your child's video calls and media are stored on a remote server and being accessed by others. There is no way to know who the individuals are who are running this app/service. Deleted.

Doing phone calls is great. But sometimes the phone call says that I am there twice and there is a really bad echo and I can hear myself. I try to cancel the call and restart my phone but it doesn't help and still says there is two of me on the same call. So that is the only problem I have with it. And I can hear myself talk which is very annoying. Please help!

So far I have to say I like this app for my kids. I wanted something with second level security friend requests. This has that with their star pin ID needed along with their username to form a connection. The UI is great. This is basically what I was looking for - something fun and secure that doesn't go overboard on monitoring their conversations.

I do not like this app, I cannot call on it at all and when I do I only see a blank screen, when I try to call my friends it doesn't even come up on their phone, and also when I record myself and send it to my friends it doesn't come through, I find it really annoying. Please get these bugs fixed or make it more easier to call people, thank you
