I turned on Drive to track my mileage for work, followed all the correct steps so it would capture my mileage, and when I hit stop, the mileage was never saved. All the driving is now gone

Terrible. When ever I try to record my kilometres for work I fill in the details for personal car mileage but I always get an error saying I need to add a purpose. Yet it I have already entered a purpose. Have email sap concur support but no replies.

The 2FA platform is buggy and very, very difficult to set up. As a standalone app it used to work great, but the 2fa implementation has really hurt the quality.

It only gets worse as time goes on. 2 stars to 1 star. If I wasn't forced to use it I absolutely wouldn't. Terrible customer service. I have been in contact with Concur for weeks and get 2 or 3 emails a week offering the same worthless suggestions I tried on my own before reaching out. I find it amusing that Concur responds and tells me to contact them. Your garbage software changes dates upon saving an expense randomly and has for years. Read my previous feedback regarding that.

Terrible app layout and frequent glitches becoming borderline unusable. Why does it take a week for a credit charge to appear? My personal credit card app takes 5 seconds. It also shouldn't take 2 dozen steps and menus to file a single expense with one receipt. Update: Now when you do one step it deletes previous steps but won't let you re-enter them manually. By far the worst app currently installed on my device.

This app is never stable. The approval process has not been working for at least 2 weeks. It either takes you back to the approval screen and does nothing or you get a message that the app isn't responding.
