Yet again another update, this time the entire app is broken. Less updates and ones that work would be good. Hilarious. Developer wants me to chat via the app. The app crashes, it's not possible. Clearly an example of what's wrong with the code, the Developer can't read.

LAGGERIFIC. This new update is horrible. Makes the app experience so trash. It is very laggy and freezes a lot. You have to exit and reenter the app so many times just to do things. Can someone please fix the app. PLEASE!

This new update has removed the option to sort deals by new, expiring...etc. PUT IT BACK!!! That was a very handy feature I used all the time. I'm sure others agree seeing more comments stating same. Wishing now I hadnt installed update. Also, no need to have fresh pass, play&earn buttons on deals page. Stop taking away functions customers actually use.

Trash app, barely works in-store. Riddles with errors and issues. Doesn't scan in-store coupons 75% of the time, coupons don't load properly and the app itself crashes repeatedly.

Love that the app tells you about the relevant coupons while you're browsing products. They don't keep it a secret or leave it up to you to figure out if there's a coupon for an item, so they still have a chance of charging you full price (like some other stores).

I have used the safeway delivery app for several years and had been very satisfied and suggest to many people. The last 6 months or more the delivery has been late most of time. Today they aren't only late but can't deliver until tomorrow. Hope these delivery problems are resolved, I depend on them.

Last week, the app kept closing when I tried to sign on. A few days later, when I signed on, all my account information was gone. My pre-paid Fresh Pass, rewards, etc. Two different customer service representatives said they fixed it and to wait for 24 hours. It's been a few days, and nothing is fixed. I would like a refund for what I paid for the Fresh Pass. I do not recommend this app.

12/7/2023 Glitchy!! 1) I can't check off active items to put them into the "checked-in-store basket" any more - they stay my active list. 2) Items are listed in apparently random order now, not alphabetically - I have to scour entire checked list to find one thing. Plus I now have TWO SEPARATE active lists to keep track of (items & deals - please reconsolidate!) Come on guys, you broke more than you fixed with the November update! I'm about to ditch this app for routine shopping. Please fix!!
