This app is a joke. Removing a room (which I assumed would be more useful) removed my device and it took me so long to re-pair it. And of course, because I apparently don't enough light in my room, my phone turns into one too because of the new light UI

Useless app doesn't connect, wants all ur personal business, just give me a light that connects to bluetooth. I don't give a f about alexa or home control. I sure as hell don't want you connected to my router.

Having issues with it turning off even though it was put on a schedule.. its my 3 yr olds night light and causing me to have to go in when she cries and turn it back on. It was working fine for about a month before and staying on until the scheduled time. If any tips let me know

How about you provide more guidance instead of just throwing an "incorrect user token" error when your app fails at setting up a user account? Try to remember that this is a consumer product and not something managed by IT specialists. One star for a poorly designed app.

Light needs an app to turn it on or off but for some reason needs my personal contacts to do that. The app wont work anyways so you could save youself some trouble and just mail them your harddrives and it would actually be cheaper and get you the same result as downloading this app.

App does not work at all. The app crashes immediately any time you click the "add device" button. Every other function seems to work except being able to add devices, which is the only thing that matters... Non functional.

This app is terrible. Glitches out every few seconds, it's a miracle anything works at all. You have to force quit the app every time you switch between lights or it will freeze up. Even when it's working it will take ages to load. I'm using a S23 Ultra so this is not a device bottleneck. I'm genuinely frightened trying to imagine the code snippets the developers must have MacGyvered together to make this abomination of an app function at all. At least there aren't any ads or subscriptions.

This was really good, you could easily go into your device and manually set the colour, brightness, timer, etc. After last update, it's useless, I can see my device but can't get into it to set or adjust anything?
