Hi I can't get this app to work at all. All I get every time I launch it is the message 'Unfortunately Ecotricity has stopped'. I've just update to your latest release and the issue continues.

It's not usable - when I log in a dialog pops up saying they're working on a new app and I'll be redirected to the website. No choice to say I want to use the app as is.

This APP is absolutely rubbish , been trying to top up since this morning , it keeps crashing , you can't speak to anyone as it's the weekend .. e-mailed the company 2 times already , reported it 3 times and still nothing has been fixed ... fuming I am ...get it sorted

Worst company i have ever been with, been waiting over a week for someone to contact me over a payment that hasnt gone on my smart meter, plus having to wait 40 mins and over just to top up my meter every week as i cant do it on the app while they are "switching" everyone over, will be switching provider's as ecotricity dont care about their customers, very bad customer service. If i could give no stars i would..

Unable to use ecotricity ev chargers. Downloaded app as instructed on the eV stations, but I cabt register an account as it appears I need an account number off my bill? What bill, I just need to charge my car! I've been in such a pickle and it's very stressful! Help

released before you've actually got your systems upgraded... so all it does is redirect you to website in your chosen browser... POINT..???... I realise you're under it what with Covid-19 & your system upgrades... but WHY ON EARTH release a new app that doesn't work after building our expectations FOR MONTHS... why not just wait until it's ready... All this serves to do is WIND UP YOUR CUSTOMERS unnecessarily.... and considering we have issues abounding due to your system upgrades, then NOT GOOD

I had problems before but they were sorted with the update before this one, and now its totally messed up with the latest update cant top up or anything please resolve it soon. Also its constantly crashing, I love everything the company stands for but if I cant top up my leci or gas I may have to look else where

Can't top up at all app is useless!.....im disabled with many health conditions and just come out of hospital after a knee replacement op.....and I have no way to top up my meters.....I'll go cold eh!......4 days and still no app to top up!

The app is pretty basic, you can see your account balance, bills and meter readings. It could be much more useful e.g. hourly energy use & cost / tips for reducing use.
