Ap keeps on starting on my phone. No idea why. Trying to uninstall and reinstall. Sometimes the ap and the machine doesnt sink. Need to restart and stop and hope it syncs. Try a few times then sync. Not very good. Ap looks nice but software is wanting.

I have the R1 Pro-6904 which I have been happy with apart from some Reconnect issues at times. However, some days ago the app requested me to do an update. I started this and the display said UPDA and the app started downloading, but stopped claiming an issue with Bluetooth. Now the display is dark and nothing seems to work. What do I do? I have sent queries many times in Messenger and Facebook, but no reply yet. I use it for post-surgery rehab so quite important to me.

Good treadmill but horrible app and cloud service. It throws http errors all the time. Advice to the app developers. Do not rely on the cloud. Sync the data to the phone first and then to the cloud.

I would rate this app zero stars if i could, but it does not all me to leave a review. App does not allow me to log in, useless. Have tried to contact app, all they have advised is to the delette the app and reinstall. Already did that before contacting them. Again, useless. 5/25 at 10:14 AM Still would give zero stars if i could! Still DOES NOT work. Updated 6/17/20: updated app qne Still Does Not work. They have stopped emailing me back. Useless!

How is it possible that every time I open the app I have to re-add the device? Every single time, is annoying as hell. And it forces you to register, or you can't use the app. It is so frustrating that I'm thinking of reverse engineer the Bluetooth protocol and control it independently.

Update (Jan, 20, 2022), Support just replied to me: "If the app doesn't install now on Android 12, you can check in March" Draw your own conclusion. I think I would've bought a more established brand of I knew. Update doesn't install... even worse: DON'T TRY to uninstall and reinstall, that now breaks everything and you lose access to the app COMPLETELY. Worst changelog in the history of changelogs. Dev probably doesn't read comments, so no rollback in sight.

App connects and setups can be changed, but it doesn't synch the steps or any of the activity I do, not even when app is active on phone. It's like I never used the walking pad and I use it regularly every day.

Not user friendly. Does not register walks correctly. No pause/restart option. No option to reset data. Do not count on the app for any accurate stat tracking. Keep your phone in your pocket or put your watch/tracker on your waistband if you're walking while working.
