Receive vaccine covid-19 option is a problem for patient and us too. Becoz patient are not able to give correct information about their doses. If there is only option of only received or not it may be a helpful step for us.

One column to add occupation of patient should be added as soon as possible. And occupation column should also reflect in excel sheet which is downloaded after completion of entries. If you can add than also please add column of number of contacts .

Passport Number Please open the option for flyers they ask us to add the passport Number in their Srf Entry. 2 nd post. But our local Indian traveller also ask us to add their passport number. Because at the time emigration personal are asking that.. please update the app for passport namaste
