4x dealt with call centre officer regarding very poor internet service while gaming! Always lagging on other apps too! So frustrated & I'm very sure I'm not the one facing this problem! No accurate update on the data usage on your app, very difficult for customers to know how much data has been used immediately, so many years this problem never improve. You charge fees for your services so why not improve your services. Call your help line and you still charge me for my calls to you, these also want to charge

With RedOne, understand this: if you try the Chat support function, you will receive a notice to confirm your identity by sharing your full name, last 4 digits IC, and your phone number. Then you will get TOTAL SILENCE and ZERO RESPONSES on the chat. They will not solve your problem, they may not even know or care what it is. And if you call - they will charge that call to your bill.

This is a very featureful app that avails a lot of info to the user. What would make it even more awesome would be a feature that gives the breakdown of talk time to non-RedOne users and talk time to RedOne users. Right now, only the total talk time usage shows, but the user can't tell when the limit has been reached for the talk time to non-RedOne users.

The data usage won't update no matter how many times it is refreshed. They said they will need Celcom to update the data. And the Live Chat function is poor. All your chat history will be gone if you leave the chat room by mistske. You won't be able to continue your chat. Yet it tells you to refresh the page to continue chatting where there is no such option. This is frustrating.
