Everything was working fine before, but It's been 2 weeks that I haven't been able to send 2 FREE letters or cards per week. When I want to send a small card (which is supposed to be free, the app on the phone tells me I need 5 tokens (but the small card is supposed to be free), same thing with the letter, I need 10 tokens (but supposed to be free). The browser version you can type a message, save it as a draft, but when you want to send it, you can't, the "Continue" button is greyed out. I cleared the cache in the app version and in the browser version (tried different browsers, same thing), still no luck. I contacted their support through email. Wait and see. Update: Ameelio contacted me and reset my credits, working fine now, still that pesky notification "WiFi connection unstable" that others have mentioned. Also if you start to type a message on the web browser version, save it as a draft, then try to finish it on the app, you can't "Unable to load this piece of mail" you have to finish it on the web browser, lack of interoperability between different services

Update: Everything is working again! Great app!!!! It hasn't been working for me, says that my permissions aren't allowed when I try to upload pic, but when I go to my settings it says no permissions are denied! Super frustrating, and, when I tried to email the app, it doesn't go through because the email associated with ameelio is disabled. When it works, it's a great app. It started working again, but now won't let me log in, or update my profile.

This app is extremely convenient and useful! I wish they had more variety to select from in regards to sending articles and self-help related topics and readings. Also, the letters take pretty long to arrive, but all in all, I'm grateful for this app and people who run this nonprofit. App is always down. This is very frustrating. It worked well for the past year or so, I uninstall and then reinstalled, still nothing.

This was a very awesome app. Quick and easy providing gift packs, links to songs and news stories, short stories and books. However they upgraded and now it isn't user friendly, doesn't give you a preview until after you purchase and unable to edit. No short stories, gift packs, links nothing like it use to be. I'm currently looking for new way to send pictures and letters to my loved ones

Letters didn't work with the pictures. The cards worked. I am not able to access the app anymore. Don't get any email for password resets. It really bites, I loved this app. I had even purchased some of the larger post cards. It is great when it works and you can use it. Tried to email for help and the email is coming back as undeliverable.

I LOVE this app, there is a lot of bugs with it and sometimes it takes hours for me to get the app to work. Continuously say, server down or something of that nature so that sucks but still cannot complain! Edit to update: I did give it five stars originally but now it keeps saying I haven't given permission to access my photos. I have deleted and reinstalled several times, all permissions have been given and it still won't work for the photo post card things!! Probably going to stop trying!

Edit: Over the Last Minth they have stepped up their game and I haven't had any problems. I think as they better it, itll be a great APP! Always saying it's down or password isn't right or wifi unstable or timed out. Can't get through a single letter without it going down. Taking 3 days to finish one letter. Apparently, their system isn't big enough to handle this much activity or they are using a very cheap program. It would be fantastic if they could get it worked out. Good idea, badly built.

This is an excellent idea and i would even contribute to it.. All that installs is a picture of a bird. Just like the app image. When I click the link, there are no options to click on anywhere. Tried to load it twice. Samsung 9 Edit: It was all my mistake. I should have given it more time. It loads kind of slow. They do send free letters and pictures and its totally free and great for both of us.

Update: This app worked flawless for a few weeks and now, like most people have reported, I get the error that my WiFi is unstable and it simply won't load most of the apps features. My WiFi connection is extremely stable and this is a problem with the app. It is unfortunate that the developers will not address this issue, it has been reported to them numerous times. Great app and service. I have never had an issue with the app and items are printed and delivered fairly quickly.
