We both have Androids. My husbands app seems to work but time will tell given the fact that mine just freezes up when I try to check in, view my other cruise etc. If the app were not compatible with my phone it would not have even let me download it just like it did for an old tablet we have. So I don't get why it won't work but it is basically useless to me so I am less than impressed

This was great to have on board to know what was happening when, keep track of reservations, etc. The messaging seems like it was be amazing to communicate with friends or daily family on the ship with but it wasn't efficient. I'd get 3-4 notifications writing 15 mintues about upcoming shows I'd added to my itinerary and no notifications about messages or the notifications came the next day after I'd already seen them (too late for what we were trying to communicate about).

This app is awful. It's useful for keeping up with things on the ship but the biggest feature (being able to message people using the app) simply doesn't work 90% of the time. You can message person sitting right next to you and watch them not get the message until an hour later.

It's the app you're stuck with if you go on one of their cruises. Worst flaw, old customers will have to tap the Month button hundreds of times to log your birthday just to sign in. A ridiculous design flaw. Prices can be hard to find ($99 for a 90 second zipline ride anyone?). What they don't make clear when they try to sell you their internet package is that you DON'T need to buy separate packages for each device unless you need to use more than one device simultaneously.

Glitchy, unreliable, but with some decent features like the photo gallery (expensive though) or listing the available dining options at any given hour. Overall not a fan of Royal Caribbean however. The staff were either really rude or not at all helpful, outside of a few standout experiences.

Works great so far as allowing internet access, but it is very temperamental. Itenerary and schedules do not uniformly update across all users of the app (which can be critical when trying to plan for cancelations or reachedules with multiple guests in your party). The messenger part is the most frustrating. It delivers messages when it decides to, not when they are sent. The concept is great but guests in our party would often go several hours waiting for an immediate response from someone.

This app is in need of some work. At one point, I could not get access to my account to see my bill, which was viewable earlier, just the day before. I finally was able to get access after I signed out and back in on my account. The text option on the app was just as frustrating. At one point, it just stopped working for me; and when it was working, you didn't get any notifications that you got a text. You have to keep it open at all times so you know someone got your text.

Very mediocre app. Even after update(s), the app stalls, freezes, and just won't respond to selections. Constantly displays pop-ups that say variations of "We're aware there's a problem and are working on it." Except they aren't.

The app is a great idea, but it likes to run really slow and then you have to close out and reopen it constantly just to use it. On a brand new S24+ so still runs poorly. Might just be the latest version of Android, but you think they would keep up with the technology.
