I just registered a new number on 30 January 2024, and it has already given me problems like the SMS. When I sent out a SMS message to my family member, they received two copies of each SMS that I sent. I never had such encounter when I was with GiGa. I thought Singtel would be better than GiGa since it is our National Telco company but I was wrong. So disappointed! So lousy, thinking of changing to other Telco company soon.

What is the use of this app? Most basic issue of topping up cannot be done thru the app and have to go to retailer.
