Really enjoyed this app before the whole Hume integration ,now nothing works. No scale connection/updates don't log in the app, requires that I be connected to Apple or Google fitness which I don't use at all...not happy, feels like I just have a regular scale all over again.

App continually dropping out. Scales don't sync. All the information, when you can access, is helpful. Need to get the app sorted, otherwise the scales are a waste of money

loved using these scales and the original app but since Hume has taken over they app will not record anything it keeps crashing and I have tried every. reinstaled the app cleared the data changed the batteries on the scales! so what use are these scales if we can't use the app do I get a refund?

I have had the scales and app for 1 week! app keeps closing saying unable to sync. If it don't start work soon I will be send the scales back as no point having expensive scales if the app doesn't work!

*2024: 1 star. Hume has been "fixing the app" for over 2 yrs LOL. *2022: 3 stars. Reinstall fixed issue *2021: 1 star. FitTrack "blocked by your Google account for your safety" message. Came after months of a dodgy connection to the scale. Bluetooth reset needed all the time. Also, the app pushes you to pay to track your own historical details. Want to track your weight for up to 1 month only? Free. Beyond 1 month to see trends? Your personal data are held hostage behind a paywall.

Ever since the app went to Hume, the app will open, and it will connect to the scale, stays open just long enough to weigh, then gives an error and force closes. Have done several updates, uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck.

Overall the product is fantastic, but the app itself keeps crashing and I find myself having to open it up a couple times to get it to stay open long enough for me to actually weigh myself. Fix the app crash issues & this review becomes a five star.

My scale will not connect to my Galaxy S23 Ultra. Are the newest phones compatible with the scale or could it be an issue with Hume? Hume has always been finicky and frustrating. I've tried uninstalling the app, Still, it will not connect.

The scale works great, but the app crashes to the point that you can't read your results. I am planning to return the scale because without the app, it is just an expensive scale that only tells you your weight.
