App was working ok. The connection with Beko wash&dry machine wasn't perfect but it worked. After the latest updates, the app doesn't work anymore, showing a security warning saying that changes have been made to the system and cannot run on this device. No changes have been made to the system or apps have been installed. So why showing this error?

Edit 2: In the end, I managed to get the app connected to my AC units, without the assistance of the support team, and it's working ok. I can access the units remotely from anywhere, which is exactly what I wanted. Just in case someone else could benefit from my experience: If you have a Beko AC unit, that uses this app, you should select the 3rd option when selecting the remote control type, and insert the 10 digit Stock Code from the side of the unit, and all will go well. Edit 1: Hi, I just sent out the email to the contact address, with the details and screen shots. Looking forward to your reply. Original post: The app doesn't work. I am trying to connect 2 Beko AC units I just bought, and I can't add either. I get to the point of connecting to the wifi address of the device, and manage to see the device network, and connect to it, and when I return to the app, it simply doesn't continue, doesn't do anything.

Utterly horrendous! Incredibly hard to set up. The only way to control the dishwasher is to press and hold the 'remote control' button for 5 seconds, every single time! Why anyone thought this a sensible or necessary requirement is beyond me. If you do finally manage to get the app working, you are rewarded with the most appaling UI design I've ever encountered. Looks like the apps supplied with cheep Chinese no-brand tat from 10 years ago!

I'm really disappointed. The app was great when I used it with my Beko washing machine. With the upgrade it no longer pairs to the device properly (says it's successful but won't connect/out of range when I'm standing right next to it!) and I can't use any of the Bluetooth functions now. The previous version was basic but worked. This doesn't. And I don't need recipe ideas to use my washing machine, just an app that works

Developers have a lot of work to do. I have spent close to an hour attempting to connect my Beko not so "smart" dryer to no avail. I followed all steps, troubleshot my modem security settings, turned it off and on again, provided all permissions required made sure I was connected to the right frequency 2.4hz and then nothing. If user experience is this woeful just connecting the app, I can only imagine what limited functionality awaits in the app.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Absolutely shocking app. Does not connect to my washing machine at all. Tried shutting everything down, deleting the app several times and it just doesn't work. Watched a Youtube tutorial and I am doing everything right according to them. Sore knees and back from constantly bending over to scan/enter the product code.

Not very user friendly. Could do with a tutorial or user guide for the app, had to learn everything by just pressing and seeing what things do. Have yet to figure out what the icon to the right of the home icon does as it crashes the app everytime I press it. Eventually figured out that the download programmes can be found in the settings for the machine.

Absolutely awful. Connects, let's you check your program, custom make one, and then starts it. Don't leave the room though, because more than 10 yards is out of range. Furthermore the app is too stupid to attempt a reconnect, so you need to go through the whole pairing process again. Which you can't unless the unit is off. You can't even see the progress of the cycle. Cause the app turns the washer LCD off, you need to look at it on the app... the app that can't connect you dared move

Found and connected to our dishwasher (DWT81900) on first try. Very useful for being able to visually see (and change) all the settings. The only drawback is that you can't really do anything with the dishwasher unless you first press the Remote Start button, and once the dishwasher door is opened that resets the functionality and you have to press the button again to re-enable it. Would be nice if there was a way to allow Remote Start capability all the time.
