I love this app. It's the first sobriety app I've been able to stick with. Yes there are a few ads but they are quick and you can exit them right away. I love all the added features. This app really keeps me motivated and helps me to stick with sobriety. An added bonus is the awards or badges system and the awesome colors. I've recommended and shared this app multiple times. As of today I am 1 year, 8 months sober and I'm looking forward to hitting that 2 year mark. Not your typical sobriety app

I've been struggling to quit for a year. but i wrote in the motivational section all of the reasons why i wanted to quit. it was enlightening to see it all listed out like that. i love the life earned back feature. it shows how your body progresses and improves on your path to recovery. it took me a couple of times to install/uninstall this app before i really knuckled down and gave it an honest effort. any ways, i suggest just trying the app to externalize your desire to quit. it helps!

"An app to help you stop drinking" sounds like the most ridiculous thing ever. But y'know what, it works! Once those little achievements start lighting up and turn into bigger achievements, you start to realize "I can do this!" Im only 4 days in so theres still a LONG way to go, but if you're like me and keep telling yourself that you need to stop but never do, this is the app for you.

This is a good tool if you are motivated and mentally READY to stop drinking. The app sends hourly/daily goals which are motivating and I love seeing the money saved. I'd like to see calories saved, but they have the Total Health section that encompasses just about everything else. Overall, great app if you're ready.

After one particularly embarrassingly drunken night in which I accidentally broke two large glasses, I decided to quit for a few months. I'm a little over a week into my sobriety now, and this app has already helped me more than I thought was possible. Every feature is useful and makes sense. The motivations in the app are incredibly positive and helpful, and it lets you add your awn that will resonate with you personally. Fighting urges with a memory mini game is a lot more effective than you might think. I didn't need the slow quit feature, but I was incredibly impressed this app has it. This, along with some sudoku and funny youtube videos, is a lifesaver app if you want to quit drinking. This dev also makes a smoking and weightloss app and I'm inclined to recommend them! My only gripe is the price of the pro version. Ads arent that bad or common in the free version, and $7 USD seems pretty steep a price for just ad removal with no added Pro features.

Really helpful and makes you feel rewarded and accomplished each day with all the health statistics and money savings. The ads suck though and make the app kind of a data sink, so make sure it isn't running in the background all the time. Otherwise it's awesome and I really am grateful for it's existence, especially for free. Also the Smoking App they have is the same setup and I use it hand in hand with this one.

Alright, every button you click, an ad pops up. Sometimes 5 seconds, sometimes 30, but it is for everything you click. I was hoping to add a screenshot because you'd have to see it to believe it, but it doesn't seem to let me. So, when you click on money saved, the only button it allows you to click is "our shop," which brings you to a pop up of the merchandise they sell from their website.
