Forgetting your password means you lose it all for good. Ridiculously painful to get in touch with them. Almost as if it's a fraud. You are better off letting the government do the recycling via normal service. Absolutely careless

I liked the initiative and tried to support but the app is a trash, every time i try to sign up and type the received verificatiin code it gives me invaled code .. you need to fix the app if you are serious

Good at the first time. Earned a lot of points but not able to redeem coz not so good with their partner company. Now, their app is not working anymore. Been uninstall the app. Can't use it again. We need you to fix your app for our mother nature.

Not being able to log in after the recent update. No matter how many times I reseted my password it's still showing that the password is in incorrect. I feel that the older version was much better.

Worst service ever. After 1st 2 good pick up. The recapp team never comes for collection. Waited a 3 wks. Got cancelled twice. No next slot availble. Extremely poor service and waste of time and space.
