This app crashes every two weeks or so. Then you have no access to any info for a few days. It has been off again since yesterday. Even though it shows 'online' at the moment I have no relevant info appearing on screen.

When it works, it's great, but it seems to work less and less. The new layout is jot as good as the old, and the alerts don't work.

Terrible app. It is down so often it barely makes sense to even have it. The promises to ensure it is better going forward also seem to be just lip service.

After the migration the daily chart is now only available for 30 days. We looked back to compare previous months to see trends like how low the battery went and at what time we started to see generation from the sun, it differs as seasons change. From that we plan our schedule. It was ń nice feature which is now not available anymore.

And again now info on the App!! No customer support, no feedback??? Why update the App if you're going to backtrack to yesteryear!! Why is the info updates now gone out of whack, you had it on about 30secs now you have to refresh / delete cache etc etc etc and hope it updates?? Very little point of having an App if I have to check the inverter info panel!!!

After last update...notifications not working and load not automatically reflecting in the app...you have to refresh for this to be visible...

I have been ver happy with the app until the 1 Dec. Since then the app hasn't worked at all. I have tried everything, including downloading the app on a brand new phone. This started when the changing of zones started. Please fix this asap as it is a nightmare keeping a check on the battery during loadshedding.

App calculates load incorrectly. Seems to be a calculation error bug. "household" load seems to reflect load + grid current draw (so if the battery is charging, it shows household+ (household + battery current draw)
