It was great until we were charged K231 when what was given as an estimate was K92. The drivee wasnt very careful and she only told us we had to pay that much late. We had to look for more money after we arrived which was very inconveniencing. Id rather get a cab outside ulendo then. Give your clients full information beforehand

Very bad experience. Charges three times more than regular charges. Google map is showing 10 km. Driver is charging for 30 km. App should show approximate price before we start our trip like uber and other app.

What you've been doing lately is rip off. Today I was shown a price of k121. However, at the end of the ride I had to pay k142. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's best to wait until a taxi is available at yango. I pay a lot less there.

For two trips in the past few days, since the update, the KMs shown at the end of the trip are much more than the actual distance, thereby almost doubling the amount to be paid. Please check on this.

Ba ulendo you are doing a great job, I can book from my house unlike walking outside especially with this cold to look for a cab, the thought of the price they would give it's like they don't care about the distance but your looks.
