The app used to work really well. Just a pin and all good. Now it's sending a code to my phone and when I enter it tells me something's wrong. All details are correct so don't know. I uninstalled then reinstalled but still can't get in. App is useless.

Used to a great app. New app is buggy. Next to impossible to log in. Keeps prompting for two factor authentication verification pin code even after its been entered so you end up going in circles until it stops emailing the codes altogether and then can't log in at all. Still can't use it just continually asks for pin after entering it then generates a new one Four months later and still unusable...

An incredibly annoying app to use. The digital card is often not available and when it is, is not easily accessible. It's literally the only reason I open the app, I shouldn't have to dig for it to make a claim at the point of sale. Edited the review from 2 to 1 for the condescending comment by some keyboard warrior at NIB. Well aware of how to use an app you potato.

Embarrassed to use this as it is very slow to load at medical receptions. Frequently need to re-authenticate. SMS codes fail to arrive. Helpdesk makes up answers. Changes on NIB's side cause you have to uninstall app and then re-install, except you only find this out when you need information out of the app... 20+ year NIB member.
