Doesn't work with wireless Android Auto. There's no easy way that I've found to automate the VPN on and off when it connects to my car. Support response on this issue was timely but unhelpful. Some sites block me completely when I'm connected to the VPN.

I'm honestly not sure why so many people rate this VPN low. It's a very good VPN, which is run by Mullvad. I've had no issues with it. Sure it's not as compatible with things like android auto or routers for putting blanket VPNs on your entire service...but its also not mining your information and storing it like other VPNs. It's solid and secure. Isn't that what is most important for VPNs?

When switching to another app to get the auth code, switching back gives a white screen that never loads. This happened multiple times when I try to log in, so I am not able to use the VPN on my phone. Feels like I wasted my money on Mozilla VPN

Does seem to drain battery, and would be nice to be able to control the vpn from outside of the app. Perhaps also a disconnect button within the notification...

Haven't used it for a while, then installed it on my computer, but it won't turn on. Even though it eventually does turn on, it turns itself off after a few minutes, despite making changes in the Settings folder to allow it to run. I just want to cancel my subscription but there's no tab in the app to do so. Please advise.

Chose this VPN because I wanted to support Mozilla, despite knowing it's not the best. After using it a while, it's just not worth it, because it's just not practical, because I can't really do much with it. Most sites block me, and most apps won't load until I turn Mozilla VPN off. Proton is a good option if you're looking for a trustworthy company with integrity. I like Mozilla just as much as proton, but what's the point of having a VPN if you have to keep it off all the time. Nice UI though.
