Cannot login with existing account...otp is is sent to a different no. which is not registered. Tried to re-register but it does not work. Message pops up to give permission however there's no box to enable it. Have filed a complaint with the customer care team several times, they just tell you we have raised this issue and you will get a call back. No one calls, issue persists even after a month...Worst app as well as customer service

It's mobile app not working/updated. It's really pathetic... I tried repeatedly but the same message is popping up... "unable to verify it's integrity". It's not expected from a company like from Adani Group. Start working on it for improvement n set right as part of prime services to consumers. Else, issue your energy bills with details of company's bank account so that customers can pay the bills by NEFT/RTGS.
