This app is trash. It takes your money and then totally ignores your range and distance preferences. We're now up to 600 miles away with the VAST majority of the women it's showing me being between 125-300 miles (several states) away. You can't tell me that's because there aren't women in Phoenix using the app?! It's a huge city! I recognize too that the algorithm is probably doing that based on my preferences, it's not a coincidence that EVERY WOMAN it shows me is "my type" now..that worse!

Paid for a membership over a week ago & still can't use it. Have emailed multiple times with no response. Trying to call and speak to someone is just a waste of time. Will be contacting my bank and getting a refund because I refuse to pay for something I cannot use

This is somehow even worse than tinder. I have likes that have been sitting for a few days and even if I max out all my preferences, I never match with them. I know some bs is going on because the app will cycle through the same profiles and even if you swipe right the second time they're still not any of your likes. Pretty sure they aren't even real lol. Just imaginary likes to keep me thinking I have more matches waiting. Also they apparently give up with distance after after a few minutes.

App is trash, it doesn't put you in proximity to anyone close to your area. It's a bunch of bots and duplicate pic's with different name's. It's a bunch of obese people who think they aren't as well, this app needs to be named blk XL. Don't download it it's not worth your time or energy unless you want someone's overly used goods, with trauma they never got healed, who blame others for decisions they made when it's their body their choice.

they stole my money..after 2 minutes of paying 14.99 for a month I realized I can send or receive messages so I cancel it and it would not allow me ask for my money back so I try calling them and I got some Asian men who was trying to activate my phone remotely and doing things on my phone that had nothing to do with refunding me back my money so I had to turn off my phone quickly to get rid of them

Can't even open the app. Logged me out 7 times while trying to upload 3 photos. & I have yet to even make it to the dashboard. Just crashes and makes me verify my number each time to log in. This app really is trash...

There are way too many gliches for something I've been paying for. It never lets me open the all, and will often make me enter my phone number & then won't show me anyone. Then, the app glitched & changed my gender. So, now I'm wondering why I can't get any matches or why I'm my matching with bi women only. Well, if I'm not being seen by women, I won't match or get likes from women. At this point will I ever get a return on my investment, which is marriage or a girlfriend. Keep playing with my ❤

Everytime I try to upload pics to make a profile it exits the app. I even went to my settings to allow all permissions on my phone and it's still not working. Guess I'll keep left swiping all the yt people on bumble

APP NOT WORKING! Paid for the 6-month subscription. App has always been glitchy when trying to see your messages but now when I click on the messages Ive received, the app just closes. Why is it when you pay for these apps, you can never get your money's worth? My phone now says the app has a bug. I should've stuck with the free option, there's really not much of a difference between the two. You need to fix these glitches OR GIVE PEOPLE BACK THEIR MONEY!
