App is temperamental and sometimes I need to restart it in order for it to work properly. Also, if I book a trip in advance and have a credit card saved, I am unable to use the credit card stored on my profile to pay for the trip - paying with a saved card only seems to work for trips that are not scheduled in advance. These bugs needs to be fixed

Appalling app, still says we're finding you a cab even as the cab arrives, tells you the incorrect cab number, says the cab is one minute away even though it also says its still finding one, basically lies, which is a risk for passenger safety. This is every trip I've booked through the app, not just one. Ive also lodged two complaints thru the apos feedback feature without result

Last time I used this app, they sent a ride share instead of a taxi. There's no option to specify whether you're traveling with a child (I did write it in the notes, but it was obviously missed), so I had to wait while the driver called an actual taxi and then for the replacement transport to arrive. The whole reason I got this app was to access a cab service instead of a ride share.

App over all is good and very convenient for booking an early morning cab to the airport. it has some limitations: choosing ride date and time is difficult as rolling the numbers down often closes the menu instead and makes you restart, i requested a wagon but a maxi came instead so not sure if i was charged more, elected to pay via google pay but nothing came through to driver

The app won't let me book two cabs at a time. So I booked one through the app, and the second one by calling the call centre .

This app needs a lot of basic testing, Can't access any settings. can't update name, can remove name. going to profile logs out of app straight away. update of photo, uses the camera but doesn't use the picture taken, then asks to use an gallery app to pick a picture. The selecte picture doesn't show up either. I haven't tried a booking as can't tell if it'd work correctly due to these extremely basic requirements aren't working, I'd have thought. The app looks great though.

DO NOT USE IN THE ACT. Got a warning that 'in-app payments are unavailable' and to pay the driver which I did. They charged my CC anyway and now refuse to refund. If you use it, set to driver payments only.

This app is horrible. Every time I go to order a cab the app doesn't respond properly and it isn't clear if it was ordered successfully or not. Sometimes I've ended up accidentally ordering multiple cabs, and just today it didn't look like it went through as it gave no status updates, so I booked an Uber just for both to show up. I've been a long supporter of 13Cabs but the app isn't usable for me, and with the phone service not much better I now have to look elsewhere.

Needs a lot of work. Be great if you used Google maps for more accurate locations. This one can't get my address quite right and even when I changed it it then went back to the wrong address. So we flagged the cab down but arriving at our destination it wouldn't let me pay with the card I was made to enter as it couldn't do it in this location. Fine finished at the shops and tried to order a can home and even though I selected the right address from the dropdown it then refused it and kept insisting I add a pickup address. Called the cab instead
