I think the system where you have to pay first before the doctor confirms your booking is not pro-patient. I think it would be better if payment is asked after the doctor has confirmed the appointment first. I did not receive any message or confirmation from the doctor I booked so the appointment got cancelled. It's a waste of time. I wouldn't risk paying just for ignored bookings all over again. I do understand that it'll be refunded. But the hassle isn't worth a thing.

Great app, very useful in times like this. The consultation fee is affordable and it's very convenient to see a real doctor on time(seriously what a relief, i've been paranoid over the weeks since wellpoint bacoor has no ent doctors yet and it's hard to find one and im scared to go to the hospital since there's a huge chance that i could catch covid or other infectious disease). Now I only need to go to drugstore to buy my meds.

I had a very good experience in booking this app specially to the pulmonary Doctor, very accomodating, her prescriptions of medicine was great and very effective, my mother experience fast healing and recovery on her asthma due to side effect of the second dose of vaccine. Another good thing here is consult first before you pay. I may say that this app helps us avoid risk of going out to clinic and hospital to have a check up. Thanks to this app and to Dr. Aventura, Thank God!!!

I installed this to my new phone and all records, the doctor, the prescription, and the files are all gone and nowhere to be found. Don't tell me that all those important information are not sync in a cloud storage and just local files in the user's phone?! Are you guys a bunch of amateur developers?!

The experience was actually good, except when I paid extra for the medical certificate and received none. I tried messaging the doctor but got no response. Socmeds account of the app still hasn't replied, there's no direct support to help you. I badly need it for my sick leave. I gues I should stick with konsultaMD

Booked and paid a consultation. The doctor messaged after confirming the appointment. Asked a bit of details and time of preferred schedule. Asked me to email on the day of sched as she is in the province, and notvreceiving notifs. Did so. And on the day of the appointment, i was only put in a waiting room. Messaged, emailed to remind the doctor of the appointment. Waited hours and the doctor didn't even seen my messages. I was hoping that the app would identify that no transaction occured
