I was ripped off by giant Tiger i am out over $100 and without my order and when i contacted them they wil not do anything until i return the order (I did Not get) because PUROLATOR gave my order to someone else and did not call me and my phone number was on the shipping order be very cautious when ordering from the giant tiger app this could happen to you

Every time I try to go somewhere on the app it asks you to sign in. You sign in and then try and go somewhere and it asks you to sign in again. You can not get anywhere on the app. Junk.

It shows the store flyer but it's pictures are very small and it take an aggravated amount of time to enlarge each picture to sell what's on sale

Cannot even sign in. Tried more than 5 times. It just switches to Home screen and when I click on deals or GTVIP again it ask me to sign in. Ridiculous.

Pick-up orders take days to prepare. The app is slow and glitches. I can't even get the print receipt button to work.

Annoyingly absolutely depends on having a chrome browser installed. Even to sign up. No idea why GT chose to do but is icky.

Disappointing. It never keeps me logged in. I have to keep uninstalling and installing. Every time I go to use the VIP it tells me I have to sign back in. Disappointed!
