Customer Service tidak respon dengan baik lewat WhatsApp. Balasan satu hari sekali disaat kita butuh secepatnya untuk transaksi yang ada. Dengan menggunakan opsi yang lain supaya transaksi tetap ada, malah disalahkan karena tidak sesuai SOP system. Bagi para calon pengguna baru, disarankan cari informasi detail dahulu sebelum berlangganan karena setelah berlangganan kalau terjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan sudah terlanjur berlangganan.

The more updates the more it gets complicated to use this once such a nice app. For years i have been asking to improve for new clients to delete the +62 at phone numbers. Many of my customers have foreign phone numbers as +31. +32 etc but cannot be added as it has to start +62. Not very clever

Jangan pakai aplikasi ini, servicenya SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN, tidak ada customer service yang akan melayani kamu jika terjadi error di aplikasi, PENANGANAN LAMA, toko tidak bisa beroperasi cuma karna penangan lama.
