In permanently deleting account because the registered number is not anymore accessible or already deactivated, it should not anymore send OTP. Or much better if this is the case, there should be an option to change the registered number. Thank you.

The app is very good and very clean. Suggestion it would be great if we could also view the backside of the National ID not just the front so we can use it for verification purposes and other more!

Bug i encountered: After pressing confirm after taking pic of my id, page doesnt load and i received an otp text for no reason. I again keep on tapping the confirm button and everytime i do it i also receive an otp? clinose ko nalang app and reopened. then all of a sudden my account is verified.

I first give 4 stars for the good initiative that the government has started to rollout digitization. As a part of mordenizing and utilizing the technology as a platform of service such reliability, fast transaction, transparency and able to reach serve all Filipinos without queuing and to minimize pending of task request. I received a text message that I check my National ID in the platform, but when I tried to check on it there was no feature leading me to that option. Secondly, I was trying to update my photo in the platform. It says I have to wait for 3 months & 3 days for me to be able to do so. My question is WHY? Before I could access my account I have security password & code before my account can be access. So why should updating my photo will have to wait that long?

It should be more useful if we can have a print-ready file of our national ID. Or we allowed to print it once. Currently some of banking apps only verifies user through taking pictures of a printed ID. The government should make a standard rules to be followed by all banking aptp when it comes to ID verification process by just linking it to eGovPH app.

App looks good. I hope NBI Clearance gets integrated in the app soon. Not only this helps with verifying the credentials of a user, but also ease up the process of acquiring a physical clearance.

Please fix this bug : After taking selfie, it will ask you to upload official id with 2 buttons. NONE of those buttons work! It just goes back to home screen and asks me to verify my account so i have to repeat the process again. I cant use this app AT ALL. please fix.
