    What the heck is wrong with the app?? It was working great and now it's completely useless. I've been trying to access for the last 2 weeks and there is no way to succeed. You guys say the problem has been solved..mmm, let me tell you something, NO it has not!!!!     In general it's ok. However it does take a long time to open the different accounts and the notifications refuse to get eliminated and they continue to appear as unread, it's driving me crazy!!!! Please fix this!!!

    I cannot open the app, stuck in a white screen after the loading screen. Updated to 3 stars. The suggestion worked. Thanks. Again to 1 star because this keeps happening on a Pixel 3. Also reinstalling forces to authenticate and this process sometimes enters a loop. It's very frustrating when the only means of using my bank fails.

    Not a bank to use in the US. Why do you include a magnetic band on the cards if you block all the payments done through magnetic card? I had to call to unblock it and only temporarily, who's going to pay me the phone call from overseas? Why do you send a confusing sms telling of inusual activity (it was me) implying the card is now blocked, when it's not? Why do i keep receiving notifications whenever i open the app that payments out of Europe are blocked, when i unblocked it, and i can pay?

    Since the last update it keeps on showing a pop-up message saying "To operate you need internet connection". I have the wifi on, 4G on and you can see the app loading to the password screen in the background. As soon as you press Ok on the pop-up, the app closes down. Impossible to access my accounts

    Absolutely a disaster. With the new system I can't login anymore, I can't access my money!!! No notifications are received, neither via web app or mobile. I set all the permissions to the app but still nothing, and this has been a problem since 3 weeks, are you serious? Please fix this as soon as possible or provide a solution for not Spanish speakers since I can't contact your customer service. You sold yourself as the best for foreign workers and as digital banking but this is a totally lie

    If I could give 0 stars I would. App has been brilliant for the last 18 months, these last two updates have broken it for me. Log in with Biometrics and I get a screen saying I'm using an outdated app. Which is incorrect. Use the Web page because the app is terrible at the moment. Devs, sort the app out and roll back to the older versions. This version is obviously broken.

    Terrible user experience. Slow and clunky. Takes forever to load. Bizum doesn't work most of the time. 9/10 times I wanted to send a Bizum was "out of service" and had to retry up to 5 times and a day later. Only instant as promised if it works... Lol. What a joke... Also Bizum is buried in the interface and not easy to access... At least the normal banking part works, even if slow...
