I love Debenhams but your App and website are thoroughly frustrating & anger inducing. Takes years for a simple thing you click on to load in the App. And the website is no better as it wont let you access your basket. It just keeps crushing saying saying "oops, youve caught us ar a busy time. Head to our app'' etc. Then more frustration on the App. Please do something about these issues as its off-putting.

I used to use this app fine, but upon reinstalling it, it's unusable. When clicking on the search function, the filters are unresponsive. I'll click one, it will take minutes to highlight, I'll do the same on another filter and the first one drops off. Debenhams, you are an on line business, getting your app to do the basics is the most important thing and you fall at the first hurdle. Right, Where's that John Lewis app.
